Reason:
The CA XCOM Data Transport server had one of its VTAM exit routines, the NS exit, driven by VTAM in order to inform this LU that it no longer had a session to a particular LU. However, as far as CA XCOM Data Transport was aware it did not have an active session to this LU. (It probably had already ended this session by issuing a VTAM CLSDST macro. This can happen, for example, if a user at a dial-up node requested CA XCOM Data Transport to end the session, but turned off his or her modem before CA XCOM Data Transport could comply.)
