Reason:

CA XCOM Data Transport is ending because VTAM is being shut down. This is a normal message if the operator entered a z/OS HALT NET command before stopping CA XCOM Data Transport or if the operator deactivated the CA XCOM Data Transport ACB (immediately or forced this condition to occur).

Note: You can restart CA XCOM Data Transport after VTAM is restarted or the ACB is activated.
