RECORD COUNTS ON EOF CHECK DO NOT MATCH

Reason:

While a file is being transferred, both the sending and receiving systems accumulate a count of the number of logical records in the file. At the end of the transfer, the record counts are compared. If they are not the same, then a malfunction must be assumed, and this message is sent.

Action:

Take a CA XCOM Data Transport trace simultaneously on both partners, and contact CA Technical Support.
