Reason:
An unidentified error has occurred on the file transfer request zzzzz (for example, OPEN, PUT). This message is displayed on the console and sent to the remote computer. The file transfer request is then terminated.
The RV, RC, REAS, and DIRECTORY information are displayed only if the file being transferred is a USS file. They provide diagnostic information.
Action:
Check whether the file that you wish to transmit is a valid file type that CA XCOM Data Transport supports.
Contact CA Technical Support and advise them of the RV, RC, REAS, and DIRECTORY values.
