Reason:
CA XCOM Data Transport sent a request to its conversation partner for a CONFIRM, but the session partner responded with something other than a CONFIRM or an FMH7. This is considered a protocol violation and the transfer request is terminated.
Action:
Take a CA XCOM Data Transport trace and contact CA Technical Support.
