Reason:
A request for a conversation had been received by CA XCOM Data Transport, and CA XCOM Data Transport expected to receive data describing the file transfer. However, the Header Record was not received. This is considered an error and the transfer request is terminated.
Action:
Resubmit the file transfer. Take a CA XCOM Data Transport trace and contact CA Technical Support.
