Reason:
The user has attempted to initiate a file transfer but has not defined the local file to be transmitted or received. The file can be defined in one of two ways: (1) via the LCLDS01 DD statement; or (2) via the LFILE parameter of the SYSIN01 parameter file.
Action:
Define the local file and rerun the job.
