Reason:
A VTAM request (such as ALLOCATE, CNOS, SEND or RECEIVE) has failed due to an error. xxxxxxxx defines the type of request that failed. The session is ended and the request is put into an error state. An accompanying message, normally Message 0186E, provides more detailed information on the actual cause of the error.
Action:
Correct VTAM error and re-attempt transfer.
