Reason:
A TERMINATE command was issued, but LU xxxxxxxx had no currently active file transfer.
Action:
The TERMINATE command only applies to active transfers. Verify that the correct LU was specified. If the transfer request is pending, use the DELETE command to purge it (see the chapter "Operation and Control" in the CA XCOM Data Transport for z/OS User Guide”).
