Indicates which encryption algorithm is to be used.

Default: None

This is one of a pair of parameters, as follows:
- lear_cipher (local)

The following values are the same as each other:
- RC2 is the same as RC2-CBC
- RC4 is the same as RC4-STREAM
- AES128 is the same as AES128-CBC
- AES192 is the same as AES192-CBC
- AES is the same as AES256 and AES256-CBC
- DES is the same as DES-CBC
- 3DES is the same as 3DES-CBC
