Error sending notification, Check SMTP Server name, source or destination address

Reason:

This message is issued if the "to" or "from" address is incorrect or the SMTP server name is incorrect in the SMTP notification.

Action:

Notification is not sent.

To specify the SMTP server name, set the following parameter:

• SMTP_SERVER (in the global file)

To specify the "to" address (destination address), set one of the following parameters:

• For local notification:
  • LOCAL_NOTIFY (in the configuration file)
• For remote notification:
  • NOTIFY_NAME (in the configuration file)

To specify the "from" address (source address), set one of the following parameters:

• For local notification:
  • MAIL_USERNAME (in the global file or the configuration file)
  • FILE_ACCESS_USERNAME (in the global file or the configuration file)
• For remote notification:
  • MAIL_USERNAME (in the global file)
  • USERID (in the configuration file)
  • XCOM_USERID (in the global file)
