HOLDCOUNT value should be between 0 and 255.

Reason:

The HOLDCOUNT value for a job has done one of the following:

• Gone over 255 during GOOD/ERR increment.
• Gone below 0 during GOOD/ERR decrement.

Action:

Check the log file to find which job's HOLDCOUNT is going out of the desired range.
