Reason:
Applies only to AIX RS/6000 systems. This error can occur when a TP is not available or because of a resource failure.
Action:
The transfer is retried automatically for queued transfers, depending on your configuration. If the problem persists, it may be an RS/6000 SNA configuration problem involving hardware or software.
