Reason:
The CA XCOM Data Transport scheduler, xcomd, is not running, or the version of its running copy is not compatible to the version of the CA XCOM Data Transport package you are using.
Action:
Try to start the CA XCOM Data Transport daemon. If it does not start, use xcomd -cy to clean up. If it still does not start, make sure that you have installed the right version of xcomd. Reinstall the CA XCOM Data Transport package, if necessary.
