The local user notification flag.
A message is displayed on the workstation where the user is logged in.
A mail message will be sent to the user.
No notification is sent.
A message is displayed on all workstations attached to the server.
Default: None
Note: The L in NOTIFYL indicates that the local system governs the processing of the resulting notification on that system.
