SAVE_PASSWORD_IN_CNF

Determines if the xcomtool GUI saves the password in the .CNF file.

Range: The range of values is listed in the following table:

YES

The xcomtool GUI saves the password in the .CNF file in encrypted format.

NO

The xcomtool GUI does not save the password in the .CNF file and blanks the password field out after each operation.

Default: NO

SECURE_SOCKET

Specifies whether to use an OpenSSL socket or non-OpenSSL socket for transfers.

YES

Performs a secure transfer. The transfer uses an OpenSSL socket and must connect to a SSL listener on the remote partner.

NO

Performs a non-secure transfer. The transfer uses a non-OpenSSL socket.
