Reason:
There were errors setting the PROTOCOL and TP_CMD parameters.
Action:
If you are using TCP/IP protocol only, TP_CMD should be set to blank (not commented out).
If SNA is installed for CA XCOM Data Transport, the SNA stack must be installed and running to bring up XCOMD CA XCOM Scheduler service.
