Prevents a QUEUE=YES transfer from starting until explicitly released.

YES

This transfer is not initiated until it is released in one of the following ways:

• Through the Menu Interface
• Through the command line with an XCOMQM RELEASE command

  Note: The XCOMQM command provides access to information about the transfers in the queue. For information about using XCOMQM, see the chapter "Operating Environment" in the CA XCOM Data Transport for Windows Server/Professional Administration Guide.

• Through the XTC facility

This transfer is not held.

Note: HOLD_TRANSFER=YES overrides HOLDCOUNT.

Default: NO
