Reason:
The user has attempted to perform a TYPE=EXECUTE file transfer. However, the user also included the NEWXFER statement within the SYSIN01 parameters that is invalid for such a transfer.
Action:
Do not attempt to use the NEWXFER feature or resubmit the request as a TYPE=SCHEDULE transfer.
