Reason:
A user has attempted to perform a file transfer, but did not define the computer with which it is to communicate. The identification can be done through the GROUP, IPNAME, LIST, or LU, parameters. The file transfer request is terminated.
Action:
Resubmit the request with a GROUP, IPNAME, LIST, or LU parameter.
