Reason:
CA XCOM Data Transport received an UNBIND for a logical unit, but it was unaware it had a session with this LU. VTAM had driven the SCIP exit for CA XCOM Data Transport.
Action:
Take a CA XCOM Data Transport trace and contact CA Technical Support.
