Reason:

CA XCOM Data Transport was unable to attach the PSO interface subtask because the program XCOMPSOI was not found.

Action:

Ensure that program XCOMPSOI is in the CA XCOM Data Transport STEPLIB or JOBLIB, or in a LINKLIST library (see the chapter “Installing Your Product” in the CA XCOM Data Transport for z/OS Installation Guide).
