Reason:
CA XCOM Data Transport was using the z/OS ATTACH macro to attach a subtask for Process SYSOUT (PSO) requests (see the chapter “The Remote Spooling Feature (Process SYSOUT)” in the CA XCOM Data Transport for z/OS User Guide). An error occurred while attaching the PSO task. Therefore, CA XCOM Data Transport will run without PSO support.
