Transfer Protocols

CA XCOM Gateway acts as a server and supports the following file protocols:

• File Transfer Protocol (FTP) for connecting using an FTP client
• Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) using a web browser

CA XCOM Gateway also accepts HTTPS and FTPS client connections, in order to permit encryption of file data.
