Display User Notification Destinations

You can use the Admin page to display the configured notification destinations for a user.

Important! You must have Super Admin authority to add new notification destinations for a user.

To display the notification destinations for a user

  1. Log in to CA XCOM Gateway.

    The Home page appears.

  2. Click Admin.

    The Admin page appears.

  3. Click Process Users.

    The Process Users page appears.

  4. Select a user.
  5. For the selected user, click Actions.

    A drop-down list appears.

  6. Click Edit Notifications.

    The Notification Destinations by User page appears, listing the selected user's notification destinations.
