Add User Destinations

You can use the Admin page to add new notification destinations for a user.

Important! You must have Super Admin authority to add new notification destinations for a user.

To add new notification destinations for a user

  1. Log in to CA XCOM Gateway.

    The Home page appears.

  2. Click Admin.

    The Admin page appears.

  3. Click Process Users.

    The Process Users page appears.

  4. For a user, click Actions.

    A drop-down list appears.

  5. Click Edit Notifications.

    The Notification Destinations by User page appears, listing the selected user's notification destinations.

  6. Click New.

    A new empty row is added to the page.

  7. Enter Destination Method.

    A drop-down list appears, showing all available destination methods. In the current product release, only the Email method is available, and will be preselected.

  8. Enter Destination Target.

    Enter an email address that is to receive CA XCOM Gateway notification emails for this user. Every notification email is sent to all of the destination email addresses that are configured for the recipient user.

  9. To add more destinations, click New to display another row.
  10. Repeat Steps 8 and 9 for each new destination.
