Table Header

All tables must have a header with a table title.

The table header format is as follows:

• Font—Arial, 10 pt. (smaller) bold
• Text color—White
• Alignment—Left
• Background—#336699, 51.102.153
• Table header title alignment—left with 5 px. padding on the left
