/EMAIL and /EADMIN Changes

If TCP/IP is not available at initialization, the /EMAIL and /EADMIN,ENABLE=Y commands can now be used to reattempt a connection to TCP/IP for the email interface. If the initial and subsequent connection attempts fail because TCP/IP is unavailable, the following symptoms are present:

Note: We recommend that you set up automation to detect the CAL2E002E WTO and check for the reason code of 1036. Next, issue the /EADMIN,ENABLE=Y command to establish a TCP/IP connection to prevent the user from having to do anything.
