UNABLE TO FIND ICMDSECT FOR CA7n

Reason:

CA 7 attempted to propagate a PRSQA or PRSQD command to another instance (CA7n) but cannot find the instance control block (ICMDSECT) for that instance.

Action:

Perform the following actions:

Confirm that the target instance is initialized by CAIRIM on the local LPAR.
Execute the AL2ENVR report.
