The TCP/IP interface in CA7instance is not active
Reason:
The TCP/IP interface in the CA 7 instance that is listed in the message is not active. The XML or web service request is not processed.
Action:
Perform the following actions:
- Verify the TCP/IP settings in the CA WA CA 7 Edition.
- If the settings in Jobflow Monitor are different, restart Jobflow Monitor or stop and restart the Jobflow Monitor instance
- Alternately, take corrective actions as necessary.
- Retry the request.
