Reason:
The DELTAINT value that is specified is incorrect. The value must be numeric and within a range of 0 to 86400 inclusive. If this value is not specified, DELTAINT(30) is the default.

Action:
Correct the DELTAINT statement in CAJFPARM(JBFLWAS).
