Reason:

The obtain ENQ request failed from the program pppppppp. The request for enqueue rrrrrxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx finished with RC=nnn from CAL2ENQ, where xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx is your logical database name.

Action:

Perform one of the following actions:

• For RC=004 and rrrr=DBUSE, check for an active CAL2DBEI program performing an EXPORT with TRUSTED=Y running. Rerun program pppppppp after the EXPORT is complete.
• For RC=004 and rrrr=DBOWN, check for an active CAL2DBEI program performing an IMPORT or an active CA7 online system. If an IMPORT is running, rerun the program pppppppp after the IMPORT has completed. If a CA7 online system is active, program pppppppp cannot run while the online system is active.
• For RC=018, contact CA Support at ca.com/support.
