Reason:

The SYSIN input for the Last Run Date Extract utility requires the following values:

• The ddd part of the DATE value is 1-365 or 1-366 in leap years.
• The TIME values that are 00-23 for the hours and 00-59 for the minutes.

Action:

Provide a valid DATE or TIME statement in the SYSIN.
