L2DBRLOG OPEN failed xx(xxx)

Reason:

The Run Log daily maintenance task is unable to open the CA Datacom/AD database. xx(xxx) indicates the return and reason codes from the OPEN call.

If this error is the first error encountered for the current day, the task is automatically restarted.
If the message is issued a second time, Run Log daily maintenance did not successfully complete. Any jobs that should be deleted as a result of RLOGDAYS are not deleted until the next day.
