Reason:
An error occurred trying to build the security segment in the trailer queue for an externally submitted job. A record was added to the active queue without a security segment. The external job cannot propagate a security USERID to any triggered jobs.
Action:
Check for any CA Datacom/AD messages that are displayed in the CA7ONL JES job log. If the database is out of space, you can dynamically extend the database if not already done. For more information, see the CA Datacom/AD guides and the Systems Programming Guide. Consult your installation specialist.
