Reason:
The DBPARMS file contains an invalid length for the logical database name. The name can be 1 through 16 characters. Either no characters or more than 16 characters was specified.
The format of the DBPARMS member is a single statement in the following format:
DATACOM (NAME(logicalnm))
Where logicalnm is the logical database name for this CA 7 instance.
Action:
Ensure the DBPARMS file is in the correct format.
