Reason:
An attempt was made to assign a volume serial number either from the VOL keyword or from the database. However, a CA WA CA 7 Edition DD statement does not represent the volume. The data set request is bypassed.
Action:
Correct the VOLSER or add a DD statement for the volume and resubmit the data set request.
