Reason:
See SCNJ-18. An attempt was made to retrieve the JCL for the job from the special JCL Override library of ID 254.
Action:
Determine the reason for the problem and correct it, if possible. Replace the JCL member in the special library. (This is required to indicate the next time JCL is to be retrieved from this special library.) If a job must be run this cycle, it must be demanded.
