Reason:

The following items explain the various situations:

• If nnnn=0000, the database can be out of space.
• If xx=J7, nnnn=0A62, verify that the database has available space.

Action:

Perform the following actions:

• Back up and reload the database.
• Do a restore of the database to the most current.
• Contact your installation specialist if no backup exists.
