Reason:
If xx=P1 and nnnn=0002, the error can occur when saving a new member to the database. The message indicates an existing DSNBR was assigned to the new member resulting in two members with the same DSNBR.
Action:
Contact your installation specialist. If it is determined that the database was reinitialized and if a backup of the entire database is available, do a restore.
