Reason:
The requested job is not added to the queue because no job number is available. CA WA CA 7 Edition cannot add jobs (or networks) to the queue until a number becomes available or the HIJBNUM value is increased.
Action:
To increase the value, change the value in the initialization file and cycle CA WA CA 7 Edition.
