Reason:

The requested job (member) is sometimes not found in the database.

Action:

Several conditions can cause this message to be issued:

Verify the job name that is specified on the input request. If it is invalid, correct and reenter the command.
The Schedule statement can be missing from the initialization file, and therefore jobs cannot be submitted.
An operator lacks the correct user ID authorization to access the job.
The request queue does not have enough space to add the job.
