Reason:
An ADDRQ or POST command was issued before all requirements for the job were attached. The ADDRQ or POST cannot be done before requirements for the job are successfully attached. The job cannot have a SKELETON or RQMT-INC status. Where:
If xxxxxxxx equals SKELETON, the JCL has not been attached. When xxxxxxxx=SKELETON, the status on an LQ display may be either SKELETON or RETRY. If xxxxxxxx equals RQMT-INC, the initial job requirements have not been attached.
The message displays JOBL only when a POST is requested using a long job name.
Action:
Wait a few minutes, and then try the ADDRQ or POST command again. If it still does not work, check Master Station messages (Browse data set) to determine why the JCL or the requirements are not attached. The job may have to be canceled and manually demanded.
