Reason:
Recovery from a CA Datacom/AD outage is underway. A connection with CA Datacom/AD is successfully reestablished. Now, any "in flight" transactions that were lost during the outage are reissued. If the redriven transactions are all successful, normal CA WA CA 7 Edition processing continues.
