Reason:
CPM=JFMLOAD was coded on the OPTIONS statement in the initialization file, but JFM=NO was also coded. Critical Path Monitoring using JFM occurs when JFM is active and JFM=YES is specified.
Action:
Change the OPTIONS statement in the initialization file to JFM=YES to use CPM.
