Reason:
The value that is specified on the JCLLIB keyword is invalid. The value must conform to the syntax described for the INDEX keyword on the JCL statement in the initialization file. The parameter must either be 1-3 numeric characters specifying a value from 0 through 999 or it must begin with an ampersand and must be followed by 1-15 alphanumeric characters.
