JOB NOT RESTARTABLE - USE RESUBMIT
[RMS STEP DID NOT COMPLETE]
[NCF INVOLVED BUT RMS NOT INSERTED BY CA-7]

Reason:

The job being displayed on the QM.4 (XRST) panel is not restartable. Use the RESUBMIT option instead of RESTART. This message appears for one of the following reasons:

• A job is not restartable according to the CMT flag settings.
• The RMS procedure was inserted by CA WA CA 7 Edition, but did not complete.
• The job executed at a remote site (NCF node), but RMS was not inserted by CA WA CA 7 Edition.

Action:

If the job is to be rerun, use the RESUBMIT option. If NCF and CA WA Restart Option are involved but CA WA CA 7 Edition is not inserting RMS, update the JCL to set the RMS parameters.
