Reason:
If a request for core cannot be satisfied and NCWT has been specified on the INIT statement in the CA WA CA 7 Edition initialization file, CA WA CA 7 Edition will abend. Issued by SASSMA31.
Action:
This should never occur in online mode. Omit NCWT from the INIT statement to permit the wait during online execution.
