Reason:
CPM=Y was coded on the OPTIONS statement in the product's initialization file, but VRM was not activated. VRM must be active to use CPM.
Action:
Activate VRM by coding RSRC=YES on the DBASE statement. The DBASE statement must precede the OPTIONS statements.
