Reason:
The OPEN for the model transaction file failed. This OPEN is attempted when the initialization file includes the NETMAN statement.
Action:
If you plan to use the CA Netman interface, verify that a NETMAN DD statement is in the JCL for CA WA CA 7 Edition.
